Olivia's Custom Cakes
My name is
Olivia Dougherty and I am a cake designer. My background stems from a
Bachelors degree in Construction Management from California State
University, Fresno. This led me to great experiences working for an
architecture firm as a project manager. I also worked for two
construction firms which specialized in commercial office buildings and
correctional facilities. Though I enjoy the exciting field of design and
construction, I had another passion that I wanted to explore. I
enrolled and graduated from culinary school with a diploma in Baking
and Pastry from the Art Institute of California- Sacramento. All of my
experience has given me the tools I need to create custom cakes that I
feel passionate about.
