Q: Where are you located?
We are located in Roseville California. We do not have a storefront yet…but coming soon!
Q: How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed by either phone or email. Our phone number is (916) 412-5727 and our email address is oliviacakes@gmail.com. A contract outlining your order specifications (cake flavor, décor, and price) will be emailed to you for your approval, this completes your order.
Q: How much do the cakes cost?
The base price for custom buttercream cakes is $4/serving and for custom fondant cakes is $5/serving. The type of decorations and complexity of the cake will determine the total price of the cake.
The base price for plain (no décor) buttercream sheet cakes is $3/serving.
Q: What types of payment are accepted?
We accept cash, money order, cashier’s check, or PayPal (credit card).
Q: Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver all of our cakes…it’s included in the total price of the cake. Delivery available 7 days a week.
Q: How far in advance should I place my order?
Orders should be placed as soon as possible. The date of the event is only secured through a completed order and in most cases a deposit. We do take some last minute orders but that all depends on the nature of the cake and our availability.
Some of our cakes require time and some designs (figurines, hand-painted décor, flowers, etc.) may take weeks in advance to create.

We make all of our cakes, buttercream, and fillings from scratch and with quality ingredients.
Q: How fresh is my cake?
Our cakes are all made to order and freshly made just for your event.
Q: How should I cut my cake?
We determine the size of your cake by the number of servings (guests) you need for your event. Each cake slice is a little larger than the size of half of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

Q: How should I store my cake?
We deliver all of our cakes one hour or less prior to your event. Keep all cakes out of direct sunlight and/or extreme heat. Leftovers should be refrigerated immediately after the event.
